I had a water softener installed. The work was ok, but we had brown water for several days after. Another thing was I was not issued a receipt, either on paper or electronically, which I am sure they will send once I request it.

Don was Amazing. He explained everything. Took the time to show me & tell me how to get the best efficiency out of my unit. Don was Soo pleasant polite & kind!! He figured out that Ellsworth installed my whole system. I’m Soo happy to be doing business with you.

Experienced a leaking water heater early on a Monday morning and submitted a service request via Thumbtack. Ellsworth Air & Plumbing was the first company to reply, within 10mins of service submission! Colton was professional and courteous, expressed concern with my issue and scheduled same day appointment. Arrived at the scheduled time,quoted 12-3, arrived at 12:30. Colton was friendly and helpful with explaining my options and best next steps. Exceptional experience, very pleased and their price was competitive.

I had an emergency repair which they had somebody out to me within an hour and a half and he was the nicest young man named Cooper and I highly recommend this company!!!

Our air went out on a Friday and they sent Darin to check it out. He was here within an hour. The motor went out on our 20 yo unit so we needed a new heat pump. Darin was very helpful and knowledgeable. They installed our new unit the next morning and by 8am we are cooling off. Would highly recommend this Company.

Quality service, honest and reasonably priced

We had a huge problem with our A/C unit a couple of weeks ago, it had to be replaced immediately and it was 110 degrees here! This was the day before we were to leave on vacation and fly out of Phoenix, Sky Harbor. We had 9 family members who needed to spend the night here at our home with no A/C ! Ellisworth Home Services stepped in and secured 4 rooms for us at a local motel and while we were on vacation they replaced our complete A/C unit, top to bottom. We used HHR Home Watch Services in Mesa, AZ to open and close our home so Ellisworth Home Services could get in and do the work. Steve & Denise of HHR Home Watch Services were fantastic. They took care of our home as if it was their own. When we returned to our home, it was a cool 72 degrees and everything was back to normal. What a blessing to have such wonderful people and services available. Please, don't leave your home alone, use HHR Home Watch Services if your going to be gone and use Ellisworth Home Services if you have any problems with your home or your A/C unit. Good company and even better people. A measure of a company and its service should never be how many things they get perfectly right, but when those rare instances that if something does goes wrong, the true measure of a company is how they respond. Ellsworth is that type of company; honest and doesn’t run away from problems if one were ever to arise in the first place. Their mechanic/service person, Jared Emerson, is not only reliable, but friendly, courteous and professional. Along with the owner, Clint, we felt more than well taken care of.

I needed a new in-line Freon filter for my 2 ton A/C unit. I called Ellsworth Air and got an appointment the very next morning. The technician, Jared Emerson, who came to fix it was excellent. He knew exactly what to do, how to do it and got right to work. I also needed a half pound of Freon which he replaced. My A/C unit is now ice cold and working perfectly again. I can highly recommend Ellsworth Air and Plumbing without hesitation. Thank you Jared for a great job and Clint Ellsworth for being there when I needed your help!

Donn Bush made the house call to check on my AC unit. He has been to my house before and I will always ask for him. He not only takes the time to explain what he will do, but does so in a professional and courteous way to make you feel comfortable.

Darrin showed up at time specified with a phone call. He was very professional even with our little dog yapping at him. He completed the needed tasks and returned the hose where he found it and explained everything we needed to know. Very quick, efficient and thorough.

Ellsworth Home Services went above and beyond for my elderly mother’s home. She had some AC ducting issues, she needed some insulation in her attic, some of which was in a soffit area that was tough to reach, and she also needed some plumbing services and Ellsworth and their team rose to the challenges and we are very satisfied with their work and care. The last thing I wanted to see at 1:30pm on a Friday (of a holiday weekend no less) was water leaking out of my garage onto my driveway. A leaky water heater - great. I called my home warranty company, who wanted me to pay for a service call upfront in order for someone to call me back in 2-3 business days to *schedule* a visit. So I hung up on them, and called Ellsworth AC & Plumbing. Cheryl took down my info and said she'd get someone out as soon as possible. Colton arrived less than 40 minutes later. Sure enough, our water heater was toast and we needed to replace it. He gave us a quote on the spot - a great price with no hidden fees or upcharges and best of all, no waiting all weekend to get it done. We signed off on the completed installation before dinner time. Colton was fantastic; professional, polite, trustworthy, and just a generally cool guy. We actually had an AC checkup scheduled with another company - we were so impressed that we cancelled it and rescheduled with Ellsworth. Customers for life. Thank you, Colton!

Don was great! He worked with me as I had an important call at the time he showed up to quote my the insulation for my house. Assessed my situation and quickly provided a quote. Martin and Jacon did the install. Great thorough job and moved along quickly. Would recommend this outfit to do your insulation job!

Angel and his partner called 20 minutes prior to arrival. They were very positive and on task. Seemed like clean cut nice guys. Had me check out their work prior to leaving. Seemed like they really took pride in their work, and cared about what we thought about the install.

Our AC stopped working. Called at 3:30 pm and technician was at unit at 4:30. Diagnosed and ordered parts. Parts received and up and running less than 24 hours from breakdown. Great service

I couldn't figure out why my AC wouldn't kick on at the beginning of this summer season, but I called Ellsworth and they sent a technician same day to diagnose (and showed up earlier than expected which was great). Donn was very quick to figure out and explain the issue was was a blown motor, and he took care of getting the new motor selected. The next technicians (Martin and Jake) came out a few hours later and installed the new motor in less than an hour, and my AC was running beautifully within the day. I'm very thankful for the skill and efficiency Ellsworth brings to their customers and I'm very happy, will definitely be keeping them in mind for any future AC tasks!
